Warranty Policy

    • This warranty applies only to the covers and does not include bean bag fillers.

    • In the event of a warranty-related issue, we offer carry-in repairs or, if necessary, replacements of the bean bag or chair cover.
    • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase and details of the defect.

  3. Exclusions:

    • Bean Bag Fillers: Fillers are excluded from warranty coverage as they compress with regular use. After approximately 6-7 months of normal usage, fillers may need to be topped up for optimal comfort.
    • Commercial Use: Warranty is not applicable on products used for commercial purposes.
    • Other Exclusions: General wear and tear, fading, or any damage resulting from improper use or exposure to the elements are not covered under our warranty.
